Weddings are booked by the hour, with a three-hour minimum, and the quote is confirmed in writing before the day.

The day, car by car
Most weddings follow the same sequence, and we plan the vehicles around it:
- Getting ready — the wedding party is collected from the hotel or home, with time for photos before leaving.
- To the ceremony — the bridal party and the couple travel separately, timed so the right people arrive in the right order.
- Photos — many couples stop somewhere scenic between ceremony and reception; the car waits.
- To the reception — guests are shuttled from the ceremony, the couple arrive last.
- The exit — a car for the couple at the end of the night, and shuttles back to the hotel for guests.
We agree that running order with you in advance, with names, addresses and times, so every driver knows the plan before the day.
Which vehicle does which job
The stretch limousine is the classic choice for the couple or the bridal party and the photos that go with it. An executive SUV suits parents and grandparents, or a small wedding party. A Sprinter van carries up to twelve guests and is the workhorse for shuttles. A party bus keeps a large wedding party together between ceremony and reception.
Most weddings use two or three vehicles. Tell us the headcount for each leg and we will suggest the smallest combination that does the job.
Guest shuttles between hotel and venue
If your guests are staying at one or two hotels, a shuttle loop is the kindest thing you can arrange: nobody drives after the reception, and nobody has to find parking at the venue.
We run the loop on a schedule you set — for example, two runs before the ceremony and several after the last dance — and you can put the times on your wedding website or a card at the hotel desk.
Guests flying in
Out-of-town guests usually land at Newark, and increasingly at JFK or LaGuardia. We meet them, track their flights, and bring them to the hotel — and take them back after the weekend. From Morris County, a sedan to Newark starts at $89 to $125 depending on the town.
Give us a list of arrivals and we will group guests on the same flights into one vehicle.
Rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette nights
The wedding weekend is more than one day. We also drive rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette nights and the day-after brunch, usually with a Sprinter van or party bus so the group stays together.

Timing and buffers
Weddings run late; it is almost a rule. We build a buffer into every leg so that a long photo session does not make the car late for the next job, and the three-hour minimum is there so the driver can wait rather than rush off.
Bad weather
Rain or snow does not cancel a wedding, and it does not cancel the cars. We watch the forecast in the days before and adjust the timings if the roads will be slow, so the schedule still holds.
