A quote submitted through our website is a request only — it is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email. Prices quoted are estimates based on the details you provide; the final fare may change if trip details change (extra stops, waiting time, tolls, or route changes).
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us at (973) 306-7075 as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows for airport pickups may incur a fee, which we will explain when you book.
Passengers must wear seat belts where provided and follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions. We may refuse or end service, without refund, for behavior that endangers the driver, passengers, or the vehicle, or for illegal activity.
Please make sure your luggage fits the vehicle you book. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found property.
We plan routes carefully but cannot guarantee arrival times. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fare paid for the trip in question.
